I have performed at many of Michaels Events over the last 13 years, which included at events he ran prior to starting MKG Events in 2014.Michael is a man of consistency and integrity. He always treats people with respect even, people who most would say may not deserve it.
Michael fell into events at young age and he has always been about helping people particularly charities make a difference. I can attest to his skill set when it comes to organising, promoting, seeking sponsorship and media coverage for a wide variety of events over the last 13 years.
In the events industry, it is known fact that sometimes things do not go to plan for a wide variety of reasons which can include external factors that are not in the control of any party to an event, for example, an outdoor event and rain. Covid 19 has presented many challenges for the events industry, many people in the industry have lost so much, there businesses, careers, livelihoods, and mental health. This destruction has upset Michael and many of us in the industry but despite this during the toughest months of April, May, and June during the Covid 19 lockdowns, Michael helped his clients see returns of up to 830% ROI through online events, another client wanted 150 people for their online event, and he secured over 700 registrations for the online event. Since July when in-person gatherings could resume in NSW he has held several successful in-person events. I look forward to singing at one of Michael’s events next month and what the future holds.
