Less, done properly.
More is the easy choice. We keep what earns its place and cut the rest.
MKG is a live event company. Offices in Austin and Sydney, working globally. We own the work from the first conversation to the last guest leaving.
One team, on every part of the work, from the first conversation to the final cue. Nothing handed off, nothing subcontracted.
That the best events do more than fill a night. They send people out changed, and they leave the business better than they found it. The difference is rarely the room itself. It is the thinking before it and the care after it.
MKG was built around that. We own the work from end to end, and we stay until we see what it did.
More is the easy choice. We keep what earns its place and cut the rest.
Every venue, audience and moment asks for something different. The design comes from listening, not from a deck of past hits.
Live runs to a clock. We build to it before anything else.
The team that wins the work runs the work. The same senior people, on site, start to finish.

Raised across the Captech programme
Michael founded MKG in 2014 and has spent fourteen years in events and marketing. He has produced events reaching as many as 150,000 attendees and has secured media coverage for clients reaching more than 1.5 billion people. His instinct is for the commercial engine behind an event, the reason it exists and the return it has to produce, and clients working to his approach have seen event profit climb by as much as 300 to 500 percent. He sets the standard the rest of the company is held to.
Whitney oversees between 100 and 150 events a year and leads the relationships that bring the work in. He opened MKG’s government practice and shaped how the company sells: less pitching, more listening, on the principle that you cannot deliver what you did not stop to understand. His earlier career includes work on VIVID Sydney for the NSW Government, and his background is in behavioural strategy, why people decide what they decide, the same question whether the room is a negotiation or an audience.
Backed by a senior production and creative team across both offices.
An event should leave a mark. We hold the creative to the same standard as the result, because in our experience they are the same conversation.
The point is never the room. It is what the room changes. The deal that closes, the donor who commits, the brand that is finally believed.
